Brandi has been practicing yoga since 2008 and received her first certification in 2011, and continues to study with master teachers in San Francisco and New York City. Brandi is a practitioner of Neelakantha Meditation as well as Reiki Master. She has a profound connection to and gratitude for all of the aspects of yoga, and leads asana classes in San Francisco and the East Bay.
Brandi is a certified Office Yoga® instructor, and has been bringing yoga to office studios and conference tables since 2015. She has certifications through Yoga Alliance, Street Yoga (yoga for marginalized populations), Bhakti Flow, Vinyasa, and is currently receiving her 500-hour training with Jason Crandall in San Francisco. She is trained in meditation and subtle energetics
Her classes are known for holding an introspective space while being lighthearted, dynamic and athletic. Students work skillfully and specifically to access the profound benefits of yoga. Brandi underpins all classes with the philosophy of the discipline that teach somatic awareness and control of prana as access points to the potential of the body/mind. Each day on the mat is an opportunity for creative play through the body and breath, using the postures and pranayama as tools to connect, discover, and grow.
