All are welcome to Cat’s yoga class. With a combination of breath work, safe asana and a healthy dose of humor, you are invited to find your inner yogi just as you are.
Trained by local greats in San Francisco, CA with Pete Guinosso (Yoga Tree) and Maryam Sharifzadeh (Office Yoga) and in Austin, TX with Erinn Lewis and Mark Herron (Sukha Yoga), Cat brings an authentic flare to the practice encouraging you to suspend judgement and connect to your body’s intelligence.
As a former varsity swimmer at University of California Berkeley, Cat has been trained by Olympic masterminds on the power and fluidity of the physical body. The way into mindfulness is through breath, intentional movement and a few laughs along the way.
A lover of poetry (Mary Oliver and Rumi being among her favorites), philosophies rooted in Buddhism and the biology of the human body, Cat strives to connect people in community and express themselves freely and confidently.
So treat yourself and bring your mat to class with no apologies, an open mind and a deep desire to explore yourself.
