Brianna Anderson teaches yoga in hopes to share the knowledge she’s acquired from the practice to help transform the mental, physical, and spiritual lives of others. She completed her 200-hour teacher training with Sampoorna Yoga in India in 2018. As a yoga teacher, Brianna strives to create a safe, kind, and vulnerable environment in which others can express themselves freely. In her classes you can expect an intentional yet playful flow that focuses on breath and core engagement. Brianna hopes her students feel balanced, enlightened, and empowered at the end of every class!
