Christine Oakes, Bay Area OYO Instructor

Christine, a lifelong fitness enthusiast,  started helping others become healthier in 2012 as a personal trainer. While searching for ways to incorporate balance into a weight training program Christine discovered yoga. She now holds both 200 E-RYT and 500 RYT certifications from Yoga Source in Los Gatos, CA and teaches a variety of classes: vinyasa, power, yin, gentle and restorative.

Christine is also an ACE certified personal trainer and holds multiple fitness and nutrition certifications with ACE, NASM, TRX, and Yoga Tune-UP.
