Office Yoga is excited to introduce Caleb Johnson, he will be leading you through strength training workouts so you can get quaranTONED. Caleb was born and raised in St. Paul, MN and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for 10 years now. He specializes in strength and conditioning workouts, including Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting. Caleb even competes in both Crossfit and Olympic Weightlifting!! He has been a Crossfit Coach/Personal trainer for 9 years and LOVES donuts!
