It’s no surprise at this point that the “sedentary workforce” is feeling the dangers of prolonged sitting at work. For those who are desk bound, many have symptoms of back pain, anxiety, neck pain, poor posture and much more. I see it in my students when teaching our signature OYO Flow class. When I ask for requests I usually hear “lower back, neck, shoulders and hips.”
