Brandi has been practicing yoga as a major part of her life since 2006.
She did her first training in 2010 in NYC. Since then she has traveled the world with a mat and a backpack, evolving her practice thanks to her many experiences and people along the way, as well as the strong foundation she cultivated with teachers in NYC. B continues to study and train with master teachers, and appreciates each day on her mat as an opportunity for inquiry, growth, and adventure in creativity and movement.
Her classes aim to reflect her personal practice; lighthearted, dynamic and athletic, with a meditative space for focus and introspection. Brandi has loads of gratitude for all of her teachers, past and current, and hopes to inspire and encourage students to tune in and honor greatest teacher of all- the teacher within!
