Grateful for each class she has the opportunity to teach, Chandra’s classes are rooted in meditation, breath control and postures are taught with an emphasis on safe alignment via clear and balanced joint space through bones and ligaments. Students are encouraged to practice without judgments and are supported to explore their personal edge mindfully through a practice of presence and Self-inquiry to challenge ourselves for growth, while listening to the wisdom of the body to heal.
After completing her 200hr RYS training in 2010 Chandra has had a range of teaching experience from professional athletes at the San Francisco Ballet and triathletes with RaceQuest Travel in Costa Rica, to corporate settings such as Ticketfly and Zynga in San Francisco. She has studio management experience and has lead teacher trainings at Yoga to the People. Currently teaching at yoga beach in SF and Ocean Yoga in Pacifica.
