Michelle is an avid yoga practitioner, who believes in the practice as a modality for oneness.
Since being introduced to yoga in 2006, Michelle has found mind-body connection through Vinyasa and Iyengar studies. Currently a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200), Michelle offers high-energy Vinyasa based classes, focusing on alignment, devotional context, and (of course) playfulness! Michelle attributes her love and dedication to the studentship of yoga to her teacher Stephanie Snyder.
