Nicole Mesa Kist

Yoga has been a part of Nicole’s life for the better part of a decade. After recognizing that developing a regular practice helped her grow more flexible and confident both on and off the mat, Nicole was inspired to teach. 

Nicole completed my 200 hour training with Laughing Lotus Yoga in San Francisco and has been teaching ever since. She is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her, and thrives on doing the same for her students.

Nicole’s classes combine creative sequencing with a hint of both challenge and inspiration to help you deepen your practice at your own pace.
