Yoga at Stern Grove w/ Charlotte
While practicing Yoga at retreats in the United Kingdom, Charlotte decided to add teaching Yoga to her body of work. Yoga for Charlotte hits all the juicy parts of her body and soul while painting pictures in her mind that melt away into silence.
Charlotte received her 20 hr Office Yoga® certification in March through the Office Yoga® Teacher Training program.
Charlottes practice is dynamic and spirited, a mix of Balearic Ibiza chill to Disco, House, Funk and Soul will lead you to a well deserved Savasana.
Off the matt you will find her as a festival pixie and cooking up a treat.
Charlotte says, “I am delighted to be leading yoga classes at Stern Grove. You can not beat good music with friends, yoga and San Francisco all rolled into one.”
