This quad stretch is a crowd pleaser! Try this at your desk or free standing in the middle of the office-
- Stand tall facing your desk with your feet together.
- Lift your left heel towards your glutes.
- Catch the top of your foot with your left hand and hold gently.
- Keep your thighs together and gently reach your left knee towards the floor.
- Hold for 5 breaths and change sides.
