A balance between being and doing is how yoga manifests in Jackie’s life; yoga has given her the gift of slowing down, having fun, and savoring life. Jackie received here RYT 200 years ago and teaches throughout the tri-state area. In addition to teaching Jackie also work full-time at Miriam’s Kitchen, a nonprofit with the mission of ending chronic and veteran homelessness in DC.

She currently lives in Arlington, VA with her husband & puppy and loves spending time geeking out about how yoga brings joy to others.
