Office Yoga Instructor, Boston
After playing competitive ice hockey for 12 years, Rachel found the practice of yoga. She continues to be drawn to yoga for its ability to help people sink into the present moment and link body to breath. Rachel creates a welcoming environment in which her students feel like they are a part of a bigger community and can ultimately thrive.
In her classes Rachel focuses on strength, alignment, and breathwork. She explains to her students why they are doing certain poses and how they either compliment or build on each other an effort to help them build their own understanding and appreciation for the practice.
Rachel holds her 200-hour certification Vinyasa certification from YogaWorks. Outside of Office Yoga her bright and positive presence can be found teaching all over the city of Boston – from public studios to brewery beer gardens.
