Sydney’s teaching style spans the interconnected modalities of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation to capture the therapeutic benefits of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practice of yoga. Certified as a 200-RYT through Open Style Vinyasa, Sydney is currently in the midst of advancing her offerings through her 300 hour RYT and 1,000 hour Yoga Therapy training certification, Thai Yoga Massage training, and Prenatal Yoga training on her path to accumulating more knowledge of healing through the somatic creative arts in order to share the wealth with her students. Her practice has led her all around the world — learning, teaching, and growing — as both a student and a teacher of yoga. Her teachings are fine-tuned to fit the needs of the client or class. Beyond the mat, Sydney enjoys hiking, swimming, traveling, and eating delicious food.
