Jordan graduated teacher training at the Yoga Factory in Plano. Jordan, who manages restaurants during the day, sought out yoga as a way to relieve her stress and escape from an often hectic lifestyle; upon immersing herself in the practice she found it offered her so much more than physical relief. The practice has helped Jordan heal from her past ruptures – emotional, mental and physical alike. Her ultimate goal is to offer the practice back to the community that has supported her through her toughest times while offering light and hope to everyone she encounters.
