Standing Figure 4 w/ a Twist

We did this pose in the chair a few weeks ago. Now try it standing. This requires core strength, stability and FOCUS.

Pose relieves outer hip and lower back tension. This is also a precursor to Grasshopper Pose. This is a good pose to weave into the Power Pose Sequence (link in resources @ officeyoga.com).
