Please welcome Kaitlynn Murphy, certified OYO Instructor!

Kaitlynn Murphy is a certified Office Yoga® and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor who’s lived in the Bay since 2015. Kaitlynn completed her first 200-hour RYT under Stephanie Snyder at Love Story Yoga and OYO Instructor Training in 2018. She is fueled by students discovering which modalities help quiet their internal chatter so they can show up more powerfully for the world around them.
