Yoga at Stern Grove – Adesina Cash

Adesina Cash, owner and founder of Hot Spot Yoga Oakland, is a Brooklyn-born, Oakland-based yoga instructor. Since 2011, she has been sharing her energetic classes and infectious smile in the Bay Area from Waderlust Squaw Vally to Square SF. In 2014, Adesina decided ‘now’ was time and Oakland was the place to create her own yoga home. She set out to build a diverse yoga community that reflected what she wanted to see in the world and hasn’t looked back since. Hot Spot Yoga Oakland has 2 locations in Oakland and in August 2019 they will be opening in San Leandro. When Adesina isn’t teaching or taking classes she can be found hanging with her husband, Nicholas and running around after her daughter Adesina Jr.
