Samantha is passionate about all things movement. Raised as a gymnast she made her way through dancing and circus performing before discovering yoga ten years ago. Samantha teaches acrobatics, ballet, yoga and pilates–to both children and adults–and is an award winning acrobatics choreographer. To Samantha, yoga is so much more than movement. She believes it is a way to calm the mind, find one’s focus, all while building strength and flexibility. Her classes are full of mindful transitions and offer an accessible flow that challenges both the mind and the body.
Off of the mat Samantha can be found hiking, rock climbing, taking yoga, or spending time with her cats and husband.
