Neck Stretch

Can’t argue a good neck stretch! Try this out-

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip distance apart.
  2. Gently tilt your head to the right and gently place your hand on top of your head.
  3. Without any pressure, let the weight of your hand stretch the side of your neck.
  4. Keep your left arm extended down by your sides and reach through your fingertips.
  5. Hold for 5 breaths and change sides.

Physical benefits: increases flexibility and releases tension in the neck.

Energetic benefits: calming and restorative.
