Down Dog with a TWIST
Down Dog w/ Twist
This was my warm up for a different sequence. It felt very honest and I wanted to share. My intention was to loosen up through the outer hips and lower back. The body is most stiff in the mornings. To get into this pose, take your for a walk. Once you feel warmed up, place L hand to outer R shin or ankle. Look under the right arm and BREATHE.This variation of DD was shared by another student in Boulder Instructor Training back in 2018. I look forward to teaching you AND learning from you in our virtual course in October (you know where the is )
