How Meditation Changes the Brain and Body

I love this, “To meditate mindfully demands ‘an open and receptive, nonjudgmental awareness of your present-moment experience,’ says J. David Creswell.” image1

Meditation is not easy, but it’s not impossible. This article from the New York Times, How Meditation Changes the Brain and Body, found some interesting information after working with a placebo control group. All signs point to YES, meditation works!

Dr. Creswell says, ‘‘we still have no idea about the ideal dose.” If I were to make a suggestion, however long you choose to meditate, make sure you do it daily. Read more….
