I specialize in bringing accessible, effective movement and breathwork into the workplace. With extensive training in yoga, anatomy, alignment, and stress relief techniques, I design sessions to help busy employees improve posture, relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and reset their energy and mental focus—right at their desks or in a conference room, with minimal disruption to their day.

After 20 years as a partner in a public accounting firm, I know firsthand how a desk job can take a toll on both body and mind. I didn’t always look after myself, and I paid the price—stiff shoulders, tension headaches, an aching back, constant fatigue, disrupted sleep. I was great at meeting deadlines but not so great at giving myself the same care and attention I gave my work. My office yoga sessions are designed to counteract these challenges with simple, effective movement and breathwork that fit seamlessly into the workday while providing lasting benefit beyond the session itself.   

Whether it’s a 20-minute stretch in the afternoon or a stress-relief workshop to prevent “reply all” regrets, I make yoga approachable, practical, and enjoyable. No yoga pants required—just a willingness to move, breathe, and maybe laugh a little along the way. My approach meets you where you are.
