With over 25 years in administration in both private and public education, Cathy experienced and witnessed firsthand the toll of being over-productive and prioritizing work over rest takes on the physical and emotional well-being of employees. She now helps busy professionals reclaim their energy and health by integrating mindful breaks, movement, and restorative practices into their daily lives. Recognizing that long hours of sitting and screen time impact posture, breathing, and overall vitality, Cathy advocates and guides simple, effective strategies—like office yoga and time audits—to create space for wellness. Instead of relying on caffeine to push through exhaustion, she empowers individuals to “fill their cup” with mindful movement and intentional rest, leading to greater balance, energy, and resilience at work and in their personal lives.
